Cooking course schedule

Monday 10a.m.

Your first lesson will focus on Tuscan Appetizers.
Then everyone sits down together and enjoys lunch
Tuesday 10a.m.
Cooking lesson : Vegetable Soups and Sauces.
Lunch will follow
Wednesday 10a.m.
Lesson : how to prepare hand made Fresh Pasta. Then enjoy your own ravioli during lunch!
Thursday 10a.m.
Today the focus is Main Courses.
Another lunch feast follows the lesson
Friday 10a.m.
For the last lesson the focus is Desserts.
Lunch will follow and then Graduation!

The students have the chance to dine at La Bottega del 30 restaurant, ending in this way the wonderful food & wine experience they have started attending our Cooking Course.


Five-Days Cooking Program

  • Five cooking lessons, from Monday to Friday (10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.).

  • Lunch at the end of each cooking lesson.

  • Wine tasting of 20 different wines selected amongst the best Italian wines.

  • Personal set of cooking equipment, including the recipe book, diploma and apron with school logo.

  • English-speaking assistant.


Daily class

  • Cooking lesson.

  • Lunch and wine tasting of 4 different wines selected amongst the best Italian wines.

  • Copy of the recipes prepared during the lesson.

  • English-speaking assistant.
The school is equipped with a "mediateca" containing countless book, magazines and videos for the students’ use. Pleese do not hesitate to contact us for any further inquiries. We shall do our best to satisfy any personal request not listed in the program.
